This privacy policy applies to the Habz app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Andrei (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Community & User Conduct

Habz is a community-driven platform. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application.
• Moderation: While we moderate the community as best as we can, we cannot promise or guarantee a completely filtered environment. The Application is provided "AS IS".
• User Control: You have the power to control your experience. You can choose to make your account private or delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
• Reporting: To maintain community standards, users can flag posts that violate our guidelines for review.
• Assumption of Risk: Because we cannot 100% moderate all user-generated content in real-time, you use the community features at your own discretion.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the providers used:

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. You can delete your account directly within the Application, or if you'd like us to manually delete your data, please contact us at support@habz.app.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
